Art
Collage. Possibly the least loved and appreciated art medium, yet maybe the most quirky. My pieces typically feature a classic car, surrounded by suggestive imagery—sliced open fruit, pairs of nuts, and phallic things like lipsticks and crayons. Cigars are never just cigars. Rock and roll influences often creep into the compositions with Elvis’s sunglasses, guitars, GRAMMYS, and tabs of acid. While I don’t have a thing for birds, you’d think so by how often they fly into the layouts. Explore the colorful chaos.
Design
Over my twenty-five-year career, I’ve designed a few things beyond the typical flyers, brochures, and annual reports. Oh, I’ve created those, too. But I’ve done much cooler stuff like 40’ X 40’ trade show booths, murals, and supercomputer panel art. From print to digital, events to swag (so much swag!), the scope of my work is robust and eclectic.
